Please read the following carefully
Our registration system only works in the Google Chrome browser. If you don’t currently have Google Chrome installed, please download the free app at your preferred app store.
Write down your Login and Password. You’ll need them to login, view or update your account and easily register for future camps & retreats.
By clicking the “REGISTER/LOGIN” button, the registration website will open in a new tab. Please refer back to this tab-page for troubleshooting and questions.
Read the registration pages thoroughly and fill them out completely. Missing information will result in incomplete registration.

Why do I keep getting the spinning circle?
You might not have a good enough WIFI/Internet connection. Or, you might not be using the Google Chrome internet browser. The registration website only works on Google Chrome. Download the free app at your preferred app store.
Why was I charged? I’m with a Church group and I paid them.
If you didn’t enter your “Group Hold ID” then you were charged as an individual camper. If this happened please call us and we’ll fix it for you.
I can’t remember my Login and Password. Should I make a new one?
No, do not make a new one! Call us or Tech-Support and we’ll give you your login and a temporary password.

Do I make a Login for each person in my family?
No. Once you create your Login you’ll be able to add additional family members to your “Dashboard” page. To do this: go to your dashboard, in the “Campers” section click “Add Camper”.
I added family members but I don’t see them?
Go to your dashboard’s “Camper” section and click the green arrow next to your name – a dropdown menu will list all of the campers you’ve added. Select a camper to see their information.
I received an email saying that I need to complete forms, how do I do this?
Log-in and on your dashboard scroll down to the “Forms” section. Incomplete forms will be highlighted in red. Click on a form to complete it. Incomplete forms will also show in the “Notifications” section.
